No sales background? Good. No insurance background? Even better. We'll take you from zero to writing auto, fire, life & health on raw new business within 30 days of walking through our door. We've done it with our last several hires in a row.

What you'll do:
- Outbound and inbound sales — auto, fire, life & health
- Work real leads. Talk to real people. Write real business.
- Get coached daily inside a system that actually works.
Who we want:
- Hungry and coachable above everything else
- Comfortable on the phone — outbound doesn't intimidate you
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Willing to get licensed before your start date (we'll show you how)
